Q. When I play a video in the App, I can't hear any sound. How do I fix this?

A. Note: This is a bug in the iPad OS, not in the App. Here’s the solution:

  1. Go to “Settings” > “General” and set “Use Slide Switch” to “Mute”.
  2. Make sure the slide switch is up, or right (that’s the switch on the side of the device above the volume rocker) You should NOT see the orange dot.
  3. Confirm that your volume is up and play the video to make sure you can hear the sound.
  4. Then you can go back to settings and set the slide switch back to rotation lock if you would like.
Q. I tried to change the number of Servings but the new number isn't what I wanted.
A. Because of the complexities of adjusting the quantities of ingredients (and cookware), for now the number of servings must be a multiple of the original number of servings in the recipe, e.g. 4 servings can be increased to 4, 12 or 16.
