Q. When I play a video in the App, I can't hear any sound. How do I fix this?
A. Note: This is a bug in the iPad OS, not in the App. Here’s the solution:
- Go to “Settings” > “General” and set “Use Slide Switch” to “Mute”.
- Make sure the slide switch is up, or right (that’s the switch on the side of the device above the volume rocker) You should NOT see the orange dot.
- Confirm that your volume is up and play the video to make sure you can hear the sound.
- Then you can go back to settings and set the slide switch back to rotation lock if you would like.
Q. I tried to change the number of Servings but the new number isn't what I wanted.
A. Because of the complexities of adjusting the quantities of ingredients (and cookware), for now the number of servings must be a multiple of the original number of servings in the recipe, e.g. 4 servings can be increased to 4, 12 or 16.
