My workout guru Jenny Schatzle gave me this 10 minute on-the-go mom workout! It’s hard to keep in shape and make time to visit the gym when you’ve got a busy life. So I asked Jenny for a workout that I could squeeze into ten minutes that would really provide a benefit and make me feel great. She nailed it!!!! I travel often, and this is a killer workout I can do anywhere. You can do it at home, lunchbreak at work, mornings, whenever you can squeeze it in. If you’ve got more than ten minutes, you can do another round.

10 min As Many Rounds as You can DO! Want to make it harder? Set your timer longer 20, 30, 40 min!

100 Jumping jacks

90 Crunches

80 Mountain climbers

70 Bicycle crunches

60 High Knees

50 Front Lunges (Alternating legs)

40 Shoulder taps

30 Squat jumps

20 Push-ups

10 Pop-ups
