Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon oil
4 Brioche buns, halved and toasted
8 tablespoons Mesa Burger Sauce (Can be substituted with Thousand Island dressing)
1 dill pickle sliced into rounds, or 16 dill pickle slices
1 beefsteak tomato, sliced
½ white onion, sliced
4 butter lettuce leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat pan over high heat until hot. Season beef patties on both sides with salt and pepper to taste. Add oil to pan and coat, then add patties and cook 3-4 minutes on each side. Until the internal temperature reaches 160F. Set aside.
To assemble burgers; Place buns on each plate and smear each with 1 tablespoon of Mesa Burger sauce. Add cooked beef patty, 4 slices of dill pickle, 2-3 slices of tomato, 1 round of onion and 1 lettuce leaf, then top with top bun. (You can just use the lettuce as your bun like I do.)
