INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp of strawberry powder
3/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
1 cup milk
1 cup ice
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine strawberry powder and heavy cream into a bowl. Whisk or use an electric hand mixer to whip mixture. Mix until it becomes light, fluffy and stiff peaks.
Fill a glass with ice. Pour milk into the glass and top with the whipped strawberry cream.
Garnish with anything you want - be creative.
Alt: You can use hot milk in a cup and top with the strawberry whipped cream.
