Ingredients
½ cup cooked edamame
⅓ cup mashed Hass avocado
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup roasted garlic oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Combine the blanched edamame, avocado, lemon juice, roasted garlic, roasted garlic oil, cumin, salt, and black pepper in a food processor.
2. Purée until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
