Since we're all staying at home, it's the perfect time for me to connect with y'all as much as possible. With the help of my kids and my wonderful wife, I started a new series on Instagram, called CORA-ntine Cuisine. Everyday at 5 pm PST, I'll be cooking my favorite recipes. Be sure to tune in! You don't want to miss out on these demonstrations. I'll even be sharing tips and tricks to boost your culinary skills.
As a thank you to everyone who's joined our online community, I'm also sharing videos of my amazing assistant, Veronica, preparing some easy to follow recipes. Even though we're staying home to flatten the curve, it's a great time to get in the kitchen and try out new, delicious meals. You can find those videos here.
Finally, I want to share a few of my favorite, time-saving kitchen tools. The first is the Nutribullet. It's as efficient as a large blender and much easier to clean. From smoothies to sauces, this nutribullet works wonders!
If you're going to be baking over the next two weeks, these two mixers will come in handy! I absolutely love my KitchenAid Stand Mixer. It's gorgeous and works like a charm! With different attachments, this KitchenAid mixer is multifunctional and will save time when it comes to tasks like mixing batter or kneading dough. If you don't have the space for this large mixer, you should check out the Hamilton Beach Hand Mixer. With 5 different speeds, this mixer is small but mighty! The best part is that you can tuck it away in a cabinet when you're not using it.
Tune into CORA-ntine Cuisine tonight at 5 pm PST! You don't want to miss out on the tasty recipe I'm sharing with y'all!
Over the past week on CORA-ntine Cuisine, I got to reunite with several friends that Nicole and I have made over the years. Our incredible guests included Maria Shriver, Sheila E, Debi Mazar, Chef Gabriele Corcos, Chef Karen Akunowicz and the Shirley Temple King! Many of the guests spoke of the importance of taking care of your health and eating foods that boost your immune system.
Hey y'all! This past week was one for the books. Not only did we celebrate Greek Easter, but it was also my son Caje's birthday! I got to chat with some incredible special guests including Cameron Mathis, David Burtka, Scott Evans, Chef Andrew Zimmern and superstar film director Tate Taylor! I'm going to share a few of my favorite recipes from last week and fill you in on some of the topics we discussed.
I've had so much fun on CORA-ntine Cuisine this past week. I got to chat with several special guests including Chef Ingrid Hofffman, Chef Dominique Crenn, Cake Wars host Jonathan Bennet and my partners at the Little Kitchen Academy, Felicity and Brian Curin. There's been one common theme in all of my chats so far and that theme is positivity.
