Killer Appetizers for NYE

Sayonara 2019! We're less than 24 hrs away from 2020 and what better way to close out an entire decade than by having a NYE party! Since guests will be counting down to midnight with you, they'll most likely arrive past dinner time. The good news is that no one will be expecting a full course meal. However, your guests may still get hungry and will be thrilled if you have some tasty appetizers ready. I narrowed down a few of my favorites for the last night of 2019.

The killer appetizer picture above is my WW approved Spinach-Artichoke Dip. You don't have to wait until midnight to get started on your new year's resolution. If you want to lead a healthier lifestyle while still enjoying tasty foods, then this dip is for you. A single serving of it is only 4 smart points. You get to indulge in this cheesy, creamy dish without feeling any guilt. The best part about making this dip is that you only bake it in the oven for 20 minutes.

Smoked Salmon and Wasabi Tea Sandwiches

The next recipe I'm going to share is for my Smoked Salmon and Wasabi Tea Sandwiches. These bite-sized sandwiches are perfect for a NYE party. One of the layers in this sandwich is a mixture of wasabi and cream cheese. It provides a spicy punch just strong enough to wake your taste buds with out making your eyes water. These sandwiches are always a party hit. I highly recommend making double the recipe so there's enough to go around!

Zucchini Tots with Feta-Mint Tzatiki

These are my air fried Zucchini Tots with Feta-Mint Tzatziki. Just like the tea sandwiches, these small tots are easy to grab and munch on, making them perfect for parties! With this recipe, you'll be making the zucchini tots from scratch. You'll need to freeze the tots for at least 2 hrs before you place them in the air fryer. The only thing better than these crunchy tots is the sauce that accompanies it. I put my own twist on the traditional Tzatziki recipe by replacing dill with feta cheese and freshly chopped mint.

I hope you try one or all of these recipes for your NYE party! Cheers to 2020!
