Living a healthy life has been my philosophy for as long as I can remember. I am thrilled to have created a platform for healthy cuisine and have the ability to bring that to everyone through my cookbooks, restaurants, and shows, as well as into my own life with my family!
I am kicking off February, American Heart Month, discussing Heart Health. All month long, I will share on my social channels my healthy recipes and tips on living a healthy life. Heart disease is the No. 1 killer of women, killing more women than all forms of cancer combined. By eating healthy and staying active we can lower our risk for heart disease by as much as 80%, according to the American Heart Association. As an advocate for healthy living, I am excited to share more with you!

A great way to add amazing flavor to your food and incorporate antioxidants, protein and other heart health benefits is by adding nuts into your daily diet. I have included one of my favorite recipes I created for WW for you to enjoy. It’s a perfect dessert for Valentine’s Day too!
