INGREDIENTS
1 cup heavy cream
¼ cup confectioner’s sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Vanilla Ice Cream
Brewed coffee
Marcona almonds
Chocolate sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
For the whipped cream;
Beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer, fitted with the whisk attachment, or by hand until slightly thickened. Add the confectioner’s sugar and vanilla and continue to whisk until thickened and smooth.
For each serving;
Add two scoops of ice cream to a tall glass, pour over the coffee and top with a large dollop of whipped cream and almonds. Drizzle over the chocolate sauce and serve.
Note: If you don’t want to use coffee you can substitute it with hot chocolate.
