1 cup Chocolate Chips (milk or dark)
5.5 oz Potato Chips (4 small chip bags)
Place the chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler or a large bowl set over a pot of simmering water over low heat. Melt the chocolate slowly, stirring occasionally.
When the chocolate is smooth, remove the bowl from the hot water.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Dip each chip in the chocolate and place on the tray to dry.
