Heat a large sauté pan and add olive oil. Season fish and vegetables with salt, pepper and garlic powered.
Add fish to pan and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Take fish out of pan, add mushrooms and cooked until browned about 5-6 minutes, add in zucchini and cauliflower. Cook for about 3-4 minutes and serve immediately topped with fish.
