1/2 cup hot sweet mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons, finely chopped thyme
4 6 ounce skinless salmon fillets
Olive oil, for brushing
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Brush the salmon fillets with oil and season with salt and pepper. In large pan, sear they salmon fillets over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes. Turn and cook about 3 minutes on the other side. Generously brush both sides of the salmon with the honey mustard while hot. Transfer to a plate and serve with mixed green salad and roasted potatoes. Place a bowl of glaze on table.
