Serving Size: ½ cup fruit puree, 1 cup lemon lime sparkling water
Points Per Serving: 2
2 tablespoons agave nectar
4 cups lemon lime flavored sparkling water
Cut peach in half around the pit.
Twist the two halves to release the flesh from the pit. Using a small spoon scoop around the pit to remove, slice the peach and peel each large slice with a small paring knife.
Put the peach slices into a blender, or food processor (reserving 4 slices for garnish), add agave, and blend until smooth.
Pour ½ cup each of peach puree into 4 champagne glasses.
Top each with a cup of lemon lime flavored sparkling water.
Garnish with peach slices.
