INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup Skittles green color (repeat instructions for each color)
2 cups popped popcorn plain
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup sugar (optional)
2 tablespoons oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Put Skittles, butter and sugar in a saucepot on medium-high heat. Continuously stir until fully melted.
Pour popcorn into pot with melted Skittles.
Mix everything until popcorn well coated.
On a baking sheet place a piece of wax paper. Make sure the wax paper is oiled so the popcorn won’t stick. Pour the popcorn onto the waxed paper and allow to cool.
Once all of your colors are created and cooled, toss in a big bowl for Rainbow Popcorn.
Note: Add sugar if you don’t like sour flavors.
