2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup chopped dates
2 cups milk
1 egg, whisked
Pre-heat oven to 400F.
In a medium bowl sift the flours, salt and baking powder together. In another bowl combine the sugar, peanut butter, dates, milk and egg.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until just combined.
Line a loaf pan with parchment and spray with baking spray, before adding the batter.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean from the middle of the loaf.
Allow 15-20 minutes to cool before slicing and serving.
