Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
1 cup nonfat or light plain greek yogurt
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 fresh lemon, juiced
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
3/4 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
Pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined. If you need to thin dressing add 1-2 tablespoons water.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until use.
