(Makes 24 Jell-O shot lime wedges)
INGREDIENTS
1 box lemon Jell-O
1/2 cup boiling water
1 1/2 cup lemon vodka
1/2 cup lime juice
6 large limes
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix Jell-O with boiling water, lemon vodka and lime juice and stir to combine. Cut the limes in half from end to end. With a sharp knife, cut around the inside of each lime and then scoop out the flesh. Line a muffin tin with foil. Place a lime half in each cup. Pour the gelatin mixture into each lime half. Refrigerate to set, about 3-4 hours. When set, cut each lime in half to make 24 wedges.
