6 filets mignon or other steak
1/4 cup Worschestshire sauce
4 cloves of garlic, minced or 2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Lay steaks out on a sheet tray or platter. Mix in a small bowl, Worschestshire, garlic and lemon. Whisk until blended.
Pour half on one side, salt and pepper. Turn steaks over, pour the other half onto steaks, salt and pepper.
Let sit for at least 30 minutes or up until 8 hours.
Grill on hot grill for 4-5 minutes on one side and turn over and grill another 3-4 minutes for medium rare.
