Protein Packed Coco-Mango Shake

Prep time: 10 minutes

Servings: Makes 2 Shakes

Ingredients

1 Mango, peeled and cubed – reserve extra small diced mango for garnish

2 Tbsp Shredded Coconut

5-6 Almonds, unsalted

2 Cups Spinach, Fresh washed

½ Cup Coconut Water

1 Cup Ice

 

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and no large chunks of ice remain.
  2. Pour into chilled glass and garnish with diced mango. Serve with a straw.

*Optional: Serve in coconuts!
