Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt, 1 Cup
Fresh Lime Juice, 1½ Tbsp
Kosher Salt, ¼ tsp, or to taste
Black Pepper, ¼ tsp, or to taste
Corn, 4 Medium, on the cob, cleaned
Chili Powder, ¼ tsp, or to taste
Sea Salt, ¼ tsp, or to taste, flaked variety
Cilantro, 3 Tbsp, roughly chopped
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Mix together yogurt and lime juice in a small bowl; season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Grill corn, turning occasionally, until lightly charred in spots and tender, about 10 minutes.
Remove corn from grill using tongs; brush yogurt mixture liberally over corn. Season with chili powder and sea salt; garnish with cilantro and serve warm.
