4 cups edamame
2 tbsp olive oil
1 piece of parmesan cheese (1/2 cup grated)
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 400
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Collect the ingredients.
Grate the parmesan.
In a large bowl, add the parmesan, garlic powder, salt and pepper and gently mix together.
In a medium bowl add the edamame, and drizzle with olive oil. Make sure they are well coated.
Pour parmesan cheese mixture over the edamame and stir gently to coat.
Spread edamame evenly in baking tray and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
