For The Dressing
1/3 cup non-fat Greek Yogurt
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
Salt and Pepper to taste
For The Salads
1 large head of Romaine Lettuce, chopped
1 lb boneless, skinless Chicken Breast, cooked and diced
1 cup Croutons
1 oz Parmesan Cheese
Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until combined.
For the salads, fill each jar with cooked chicken, parmesan cheese, lettuce, and croutons. Serve dressing on the side.
